1436 CPos digital electro-pneumatic positioner has an optional integrated process controller to control process valves
The intelligent valve actuator is controlled by microprocessor and receives the analog or digital signals of the control system to control the pneumatic control valve to achieve rapid positioning. The system, computer or handheld terminal can be used for configuration debugging, or the button on the panel can be used for field configuration. LCD display and LED display can provide valve operating status. It provides an effective means for predictive maintenance using valves. It has a high technology content and uses a number of technologies, including infrared function for wireless operation and configuration, LCD display that supports multi-language full text graphical display, and communication protocol for optional and automatic application of all processes. It also has the ability to record travel data and analyze it in powerful ways. All diagnostic features can be easily organized and displayed using valve positioner DTM (VALcare) software. In addition, the valve positioner DTM software uses all configuration and diagnostic data to edit and generate a "health" report for the valve.

The e 1436 cPos is a digital electro-pneumatic positioner with optionally integrated process controller for the control of pneumatically operated process valves. When using the optional process controller the signals from a process sensor (e.g. flow, level, pressure, temperature) are detected and the media adjusted according to the specified set value. The positioner has a solid housing with protected operating buttons and a LC display.
